Herbs and Diet

Disease and inflammatory processes can often be reversed by fixing a body's bacterial diversity. Research suggests that healthy microbiota can reverse excessive weight gain, hormonal dysregulation and fatigue.

This 2-step process looks to first remove what’s not needed and then replace it with what is. Many of your symptoms may go away after you have healed your digestive system. A review of your lab tests can be helpful in this process.

Each of us is a unique individual and requires unique nutrition. Together, we can determine what foods best serve you in your quest for health.

Postural Alignment

Just as our internal and emotional issues tend to show up in our posture, our musculoskeletal issues can affect our internal health!

Gentle manual and energetic techniques (ortho-bionomy) can facilitate your body's process of correcting its own balance and alignment.

The goal in treatment is to help the body to carry itself with ease and to be more effective at healing itself.

Biomagnetic Therapy

Magnetic field therapy has been an integral part of Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Recent advances in paired biomagnetism by Dr. Isaac Ruiz Goiz and in the field of Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Fields (PEMF) by Dr. Jerry Tennant and others have brought magnetic field therapy into the realm conventional biomedicine in the US.

Magnets placed in pairs (positive and negative) on the body are used to regulate the acupuncture meridians and the tissues that they affect. Research suggests that the magnets help to regulate the body's voltage.  In Chinese medicine the magnets affect the body's qi, or energy

pH is the term used to describe the voltage of a liquid. Our bodies are mostly liquid. A healthy voltage is a healthy pH. There has been a great deal of research on the effect of the body's pH on cancer cells. Microbes that are damaging to the body cannot thrive in areas with healthy pH. Research suggests that likewise, cancer cannot thrive in areas with healthy pH.
